  • Board & lodging to be arranged for stay-at-home service
  • Medications & equipment as per doctor's prescription
  • 7-day notice required before stopping or changing service
  • Monthly charges paid in advance via online transfer
  • No refund for discontinuation mid-month
  • Female family member required when female staff is engaged
  • Charges reviewed annually every August
  • Ikhshana reserves right to withdraw service for T&C violations
  • Indecent behaviour towards staff is a legal offence
